Each return visit builds on the work we’ve already done. We’ll review changes since your last session, assess progress and refine your treatment approach as your body evolves. Every visit includes any supportive modalities needed to keep your care aligned with your wellness goals (ie: cupping, gua sha, e-stim, moxibustion, etc).

This focused cupping session targets areas of tightness, pain, inflammation or restricted movement. Glass cups create gentle suction that lifts fascia and draws fresh circulation into tight tissue. Cups can stay in place or glide over oil along the back and shoulders.

Facial Acupuncture is a holistic and gentle approach to rejuvenating your skin. Fine needles are placed across the face and jaw to increase circulation, boost collagen and improve muscle tone. The result is a refreshed, radiant complexion with reduced fine lines, puffiness and tension. Red Light Therapy (RLT) is included in each session.

Results build over time. A series of 10 treatments once per week is recommended for optimal results.
